Sikkens Cetol HLS Plus is a solvent-based, low-build woodstain for exterior timber. Its translucent finish highlights the grain and provides weather protection for suitable cladding, fascias, soffits, fencing and rough-sawn wood.
Use as a base stain beneath Cetol Filter 7 Plus on exterior joinery. It should not be used alone as a finish on hardwood timber, except where specified for decking.
- Coverage: approximately 7–14m² per litre, depending on the timber.
- Touch dry: typically 4–6 hours.
- Recoat: typically 18–24 hours.
